Tha leader of you is you ......

Your success is up to you and you were created for excellence, not comfortable mediocrity. It’s time for you to be tha very solution you seek, to control your destiny. No you are not waiting on God because He stays in a perpetual state of readiness. So if there is a hold up, it’s not Him – it’s you. No more excuses People. We are not too young, too old, too tall, too short, too uneducated or too broke to move forward. Money is not holding us back, God is not holding us back and definitely tha white man is not holding us down. Ironically, tha only person who can truly stop us is us…..President Obama is not tha best we have trust me tha world have yet to see what we are really made of…..Don’t get me wrong He is doing great things but our story has yet to be written. It’s time for us to stop repeating tha testimonies of other people and instead spread your wings, step up, step out of tha boat and move forward with your ideas. Tha best poet we have was not Maya Angelou either….. Tha best poet is a person who has never been on TV nor radio but his or her words could shake this world like thunder. If you have time to watch tha game, you have time to invest in your success. If you have time to listen to music or go out to dinner, you have time and money to invest in your dreams and visions. If you have a business idea, open up shop. If you have an invention, get a patent. If you want to write a book, self-publish it. If you want a promotion, aggressively go after it. Don’t think yourself out of it and don’t make excuses. You never fail until you stop trying. You are capable, you are worthy and you need to unleash your potential. But you will have to be focused, diligent, aggressive and informed in order to make things happen. Nobody will believe in you until you believe in yourself. This is a wakeup call to tha greatness out there who have yet been discovered. But it will not come without work, sacrifice and a good plan. So as we rushed to see #Selma, I ask you, where is your Selma and what are you doing about it? Expect excellence from yourself and you will deliver. Your example is in tha mirror.
