When this Fox Network released this new show…… “#Empire”…… I wonder what images tha world was going to get to see about this lyfestyle on screen this time……... Fox is not known for producing tha most favorable images of black people shows, so I figured this show wouldn’t be any different. For some reason, Any Type of People culture dysfunctionality makes for great television these days, and there is a long line of people getting rich off of our willingness to celebrate all that makes us miserable…...Just take a moment to do some research, you might notice some of tha same things I’ve seen in this ghetto-fied hood drama: Pimps, hoes, thugs, gangsters, emasculated black men, Tha stereo type Caucasian female who only good for sucking dick and manipulate a African American Mind by making him think he running things and tha lists can go on and on all kinds of other kinds of stereotypical coonery that only a handful of us have grown tired of seeing portrayed on tha TV screen it seem due to tha support this TV Show get from tha Urban community. If you didn’t know….”Lee Daniels” is apparently tha man responsible for this televised monstrosity is what I like to call it and have you ever stop and wonder why in tha HELL they promote this show So Fucking Much…It’s like before we had a chance to decide it’s viewing rating Fox decided for us …… Yesterday I turn on tha travel channel and a commercial for “empire” came on……..I wonder if a day will ever come that tha majority of us will refuse to support directors who pimp people to help bigots get rich from modern day minstrel shows. Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson are really good actors. They are incredibly talented and deserve every opportunity to make their money. But this is a show that I cannot support, because I have a secret dream of seeing the black community prosper, educate itself, build strong families, and become something more fitting of grand vision. I can’t always describe what our ancestors wanted for our people, but I can certainly say that it wasn’t this. I also have a few things to say about what “Mr. Lee Daniels” has admitted that he’d like to use this show to “blow tha lid off of homophobia in tha black community……..Right there is where I and other should have a problem….” I’m not sure why African American people are always the target of this kind of propaganda, especially when there are millions of other conservatives who have their own issues with homosexuality as well. Not to say that any of us should be forced into a position on gay rights or that we can even agree on what it means to be homophobic, but African American people do not have a monopoly on homophobia….I’m just saying, however it is defined. Daniels’ efforts to use media as a tool to pathologize his own people might be an even greater reflection of tha mental illness he is confronting as he works to cradle a deeply abused inner generation. Tha same way that abuse victims often become abusers themselves, Daniels has decided to abuse tha viewer of this show with media messages that should be stomach-churning for any person to absorb. Tha same way Michael Jordan spent 20 years pissing on tha world because he was tha dark-skinned kid who was cut from his 8th grade basketball team.....lmao....., Mr Daniels has found a nu power to destroy people rather than piss them off......It's call and set an Image......#Imjustsaying
